Marks Square, Northfleet in the Borough of Gravesham - Amendment 1: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of the Order is to introduce no waiting at any time double yellow lines on the following length of roads in Northfleet, Gravesham:-

  • Marks Square – On both sides from a point 8 metres south of the southern boundary of 42 Marks Square for a distance of 33 metres in a south then easterly direction.

This order was originally advertised as Amendment 16 but due to a new recent consolidation order it has been renamed as above.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
