A227 Wrotham Road, Meopham in the Borough of Gravesham - Amendment 13: Waiting restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce no waiting at any time double yellow lines (DYL) on A227 Wrotham Road in Meopham, Gravesham:-

  • on both sides remove the DYL between 1 Nevill Place, Wrotham Road and Fletchers and replace with a zebra crossing
  • on the east side remove 4 meters of the existing limited parking bay outside 1 Nevill Place, Wrotham Road
  • on the west side extend the existing limited parking bay by 6 metres in a southerly direction outside Sunningdale Court

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
