William Mundy Way, Darenth in the Borough of Dartford - Amendment 10: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce double yellow lines on William Mundy Way in Dartford – on both sides from the junction with Victoria Road and Mill Pond Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of the River Darent.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
