The effect of this made Order will be to introduce new or to extend or amend existing waiting restrictions on Bay Hill, Sea Street and The Droveway in St Margaret’s-At-Cliffe in the District of Dover.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce new or to extend or amend existing waiting restrictions on Bay Hill, Sea Street and The Droveway in St Margaret’s-At-Cliffe in the District of Dover.
