Various Roads, Snodland in the Borough of Tonbridge and Malling - Amendment 59: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines – no waiting at any time) on the following lengths of roads in Snodland, Tonbridge & Malling:

  • Adams Lane
  • Amisse Drive
  • Jefferys Lane
  • Maccowan Avenue
  • Manley Boulevard
  • Martin Lane
  • Poynder Drive
  • Walters Close
  • Williams Place

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • to avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
