Various roads in Dartford - Amendment 19: Waiting restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions on the following lengths of road in Dartford (waiting to be prohibited at any time):-

CHAPEL DRIVE – DYL – (1) On the east side from a point in line with the rear boundary of 78/80 Invicta Road for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction. (2) On the east side from a point in line with the rear boundary of 94/96 Invicta Road for a distance of 12 metres in a north easterly direction. (3) On the north side from a point in line and opposite the western boundary of property 39 to 49 Chapel Drive for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction. Road, St Albans Road and Waid Close – change the existing School Keep Clear times from Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4.30pm to Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 1.30pm-4pm.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
