Various Roads, Frittenden in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells - Amendment 7: Waiting Restrictions
The effect of this made Order will be to introduce double yellow lines on the following length of roads in Frittenden, Tunbridge Wells:-
- Biddenden Road – on the north side from its junction with Headcorn Road for a distance of 7 metres in a easterly direction
- Headcorn Road – (1) on the north west side from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 10 metres in northerly direction (2) on the east side from its junction with Biddeneden Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction
- Mill Lane – (1) on the northwestern side from its junction with Headcorn Road for a distance of 20 metres in a north westerly direction (2) on the south western side from its junction with The Street for a distance of 23 metres in a north westerly direction
- The Street - (1) on the west side from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 14 metres in a southerly direction (2) on the south east side from its junction with Biddenden Road for a distance of 29 metres in a southerly direction.
This order has been made for the following reasons:
- for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
- for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
- for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
