Various Roads, Faversham in the Borough of Swale - Amendment 10: Speed Limit Order

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Faversham, Swale for their entire length:-

  • Austin Mews, Bond Close, Breeze Meadow, Brenchley Way, Feaver Drive, Flattie Way, Tassell Place, Weaver Avenue and Wise Avenue.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Faversham, Swale for their entire length:-

  • Austin Mews, Bond Close, Breeze Meadow, Brenchley Way, Feaver Drive, Flattie Way, Tassell Place, Weaver Avenue and Wise Avenue.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
