Various Roads, Faversham in the Borough of Swale - Amendment 10: Speed Limit Order

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Faversham, Swale for their entire length:-

  • Austin Mews, Bond Close, Breeze Meadow, Brenchley Way, Feaver Drive, Flattie Way, Tassell Place, Weaver Avenue and Wise Avenue.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
