Various roads, in the District of Dover - Amendment 119: Waiting Restrictions
Consultation has concluded
The effect of this made Order will be to introduce new or to extend or amend existing waiting restrictions on the following lengths of roads in the District of Dover:
Marjan Close – on both sides of its junction with St Radigunds Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction
Old Folkestone Road, Aycliff – on both sides place a bus stop clearway in the laybys opposite 40/44 Kings Ropewalk
St Davids Avenue, Aycliff – (1) on the south east side between points 11 metres southwest and 10 metres northeast from its junction with St Patricks Road (2) on the south east side place a bus stop clearway from a point 11 metres southwest of its junction with St Patricks Road for a distance of 28 metres in a south westerly direction (3) on the south east side place a bus stop clearway from a point 10 metres southwest of its junction with St Giles Road for a distance of 19 metres (4) on the east side place a bus stop clearway in the layby opposite 190/192 St Davids Avenue
St Patricks Road, Aycliff – on both sides of its junction with St Davids Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a southeasterly direction
St Radigunds Road – (1) on north side from a point in line with the boundary of 64/66 St Radigunds Road for a distance of 44 metres in an easterly direction (2) on the north side between points 10 metres east and 22 metres west of its junction with Marjan Close (3) on the southeast side from the junction with Beaufoy Road extend the existing lines for a distance of 17.3 metres in a south westerly direction to join up with the existing school keep clear markings.
This order has been made for the following reasons:
for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
