The Kent County Council (Public Footpath WB3 at Tunbridge Wells) Definitive Map Modification Order 2026

Kent County Council has made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by amending part of the alignment of Public Footpath WB3 at Tunbridge Wells.

The County Council made the Order after considering historical mapping evidence that showed it was reasonable to allege that the Definitive Map and Statement should be amended to delete the current recorded alignment of Public Footpath WB3 (as shown by the purple line between points A-B on the Order plan) and to add a different alignment of Public Footpath WB3 (as shown by the dashed black line between points A-B on the Order Plan).
