The Heath, Horsmonden in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells - Amendment 19: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to place double yellow lines on the following length of roads in Horsmonden, Tunbridge Wells:-

• The Heath – On the north east side from the junction with Maidstone Road B2162 extend the existing lines by 14.7 metres to the west and by 20 meters to the east.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

• for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
• for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
• for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.

  
  

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
