Public Footpath SR620 (part) at Edenbridge Definitive Map Modification Order 2023

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by amending the alignment of part of Public Footpath SR620 at Edenbridge.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where there is evidence to show that the alignment of the public right of way has been recorded incorrectly.

    The above Order was confirmed on 14 August 2023 and has now taken effect.
