Smallhythe Road, Tenterden in the Borough of Ashford - Amendment 4: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions double yellow lines no waiting at any time, on the following length of road in Tenterden, Ashford:-

  • Smallhythe Road – On the north east side 20 metres from its junction with Longfield for a distance of 88.5 metres in a south easterly direction.

This order was originally advertised as Amendment 32 but due to the recent consolidation order it has been renamed as above.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
