Restricted Byway AB27 at Tenterden - Definitive Map Modification Order 2021
Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a width for restricted byway AB27 at Tenterden.
Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make and Order to modify the Definitive Statement by amending any particulars contained within the Statement accompanying the Definitive Map.

Objection and Interim Decision
CLOSED: This discussion has concluded.An objection and a representation has been received to this Order and not withdrawn. Therefore, the County Council has submitted the Order, objection, representation and other relevant correspondence to the Secretary of State.

On 9 January 2024, an Inspector, on behalf of the Secretary of State, made an Interim Decision on the Order, proposing to confirm the Order with modifications.

Notice that the modified Order is to be determined by the Secretary of State has been give with a timetable for Statements of Case and comments. This can be found in the documents section.
