Park Lane, Godden Green in the District of Sevenoaks - Amendment 1: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to implement no waiting at any times waiting restrictions on the following length of road in Godden Green, Sevenoaks:-
- Park Lane – (1) On its east side at its north junction with Bridle Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction. (2) On its east side at its north junction with Bridle Road for a distance of 5 metres in a northerly direction (3) On its east side from its south junction with Bridle Road for a distance of 10 metres in both northern and southern directions.
- Bridle Road – (1) On its south-west side from its junction with Park Lane for a distance of 27 metres in a southerly direction. (2) On its north east side from its junction with Park Lane for a distance of 42 metres in a southerly direction. (3) From its southern junction with Bridle Road to its junction with Park Lane for its entire length.
This order is proposed for the following reasons:
- for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
- for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
- for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
