Napchester Road, Whitfield in the District of Dover - Amendment 121: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce new or to extend or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on Napchester Road in Whitfield in the District of Dover – on both sides from its junction with Old Farm Road to the north eastern boundary of 41 Napchester Road and including the turning head.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
