Mill Hall & Kings Crescent, Aylesford in Tonbridge & Malling - Amendment 54: Waiting Restrictions
Consultation has concluded
The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on the following lengths of roads in Aylesford, Tonbridge & Malling.
- Kings Crescent – (1) on the east side of the eastern junction with Mill Hall for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction. (2) on the west side of the eastern junction with Mill Hall for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.
- Mill Hall - (1) on the north side of the eastern junction arm of Kings Crescent between points 10 metres east and 10 metres west. (2) from a point 7 metres west of the boundary of 43/45 Mill Hall to a point 13 metres east of the eastern property boundary of 43 Mill Hall.
This order has been made for the following reasons:
- to avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
- for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
- for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
