The effect of this made Order will be to revoke the width restriction order of 2009, and to prevent any goods vehicles with a maximum permissible laden weight of which exceeds 7.5 tonne to proceed in the length of road specified in the Schedule of the Order and exemptions are provided in the Order for access etc.

Marsh Street North – from its junction with Rennie Drive to its junction with Brunel Way.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • for preventing damage to the road or to any building on or near the road.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
