The effect of this made Order will be to introduce the prohibition vehicles using the layby on London Road, in Wrotham opposite Oakdene, for its entire length.
This order has been made after concerns were raised regarding anti-social behavior in the layby on London Road. Kent County Council has made the decision to close the layby for the following reason:
to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road of for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
The effect of this made Order will be to introduce the prohibition vehicles using the layby on London Road, in Wrotham opposite Oakdene, for its entire length.
