Restricted Byway KH668 at Lenham - Definitive Map Modification Order 2024
Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Restricted Byway running between Chapel Farm (off Lenham Heath Road) to the Maidstone-Ashford railway line at Lenham.
Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.

The deadline for responses is 29 November 2024.
