The effect of this made Order will be to change the 30mph speed limit to 40mph speed limit on various roads in Ightham and Borough Green.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.

The effect of this made Order will be to change the 30mph speed limit to 40mph speed limit on various roads in Ightham and Borough Green.
