Hitchen Hatch Lane, Sevenoaks - Amendment 45: Waiting restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to amend existing waiting restrictions on Hitchen Hatch Lane, Sevenoaks, on the southwest side reduce the limited/residents bay outside 13 Hitchen Hatch Lane by 6 meters in a north westerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.

    Following the statutory consultation period, the scheme has been reviewed and the decision has been taken to make this Order permanent.
