Heritage Road, Aylesham in the District of Dover - Amendment 4: Prohibition of Traffic Movements

The effect of this proposed Order would be to remove the except for access for buses and cycles restriction on Heritage Road in Aylesham, Dover at the junction with Bell Grove.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road of for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
