Public Bridleway HE374 at Stelling Minnis Definitive Map Modification Order 2024
Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Bridleway running between Eastleigh Court Road and High Minnis, in the parish of Stelling Minnis.
Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.

The deadline for responses is Friday 8 November 2024.
