Goudhurst Road, Marden in the Borough of Maidstone - Amendment 24: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to remove the single yellow lines and replace with double yellow lines on Goudhurst Road in Marden, Maidstone:- (1) on the southeast side from its junction with Admiral Way for a distance of 14 metres in a northerly direction (2) on the southeast side from its junction with Admiral Way for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preventing damage to the road or to any building on or near the road.
