Goldsel Road, Swanley in the District of Sevenoaks - Amendment 12: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to remove the existing parking bay and replace with double yellow lines on Goldsel Road in Swanley, Sevenoaks - on the south east side remove the existing parking bay outside 77 Goldsel Road and extend the current double yellow lines by 14 metres in a north-easterly direction to join up with the existing parking bay in line with the northern boundary of 75 Goldsel Road.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
