Fernhill Road and Terminus Road in Maidstone - Amendment 43: waiting restrictions order

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on the following lengths of road in Maidstone:

  • Fernhill Road – On both sides from the junction with Terminus Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
  • Terminus Road – On the east side between point 10 metres north and 10 metres south from its junction with Fernhill Road.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
