Farm Ave & Rogers Court, Swanley in the District of Sevenoaks - Amendment 50: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to amend existing waiting restrictions (single yellow lines) on the following length of roads in Swanley in the District of Sevenoaks:

  • Farm Avenue – (1) on the east side from a point 3 metres south of the boundary of 77/79 Farm Avenue for a distance of 42 metres in a southerly then easterly direction (into the turning head). (2) on the east side from a point 4 metres north of the boundary of 105/107 Farm Avenue for a distance of 42 metres in a northerly then easterly direction (into the turning head).
  • Rogers Court – on the northeastern side from a point 10 metres northeast of its junction with London Road for a distance of 95 metres in a north easterly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
