Falmouth Place, Capel in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells - Amendment 16: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to place double yellow lines (DYL) on the following length of roads in Capel, Tunbridge Wells:-

Badsell Road – DYL – On the north east side to a point 6 metres north west and to a point 6 metres south east of its junction with Falmouth Place
Falmouth Place – DYL – (1) On both sides of its junction with Badsell Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction. (2) On the south side from the south west junction with the track for a distance of 14.5 metres in a south westerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
