Falmouth Place, Capel in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells - Amendment 16: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to place double yellow lines (DYL) on the following length of roads in Capel, Tunbridge Wells:-

  • Badsell Road – DYL – On the north east side to a point 6 metres north west and to a point 6 metres south east of its junction with Falmouth Place
  • Falmouth Place – DYL – (1) On both sides of its junction with Badsell Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction. (2) On the south side from the south west junction with the track for a distance of 14.5 metres in a south westerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
