Public Footpath ER308 at St Margarets at Cliffe Definitive Map Modification Order 2025

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Public Footpath running between public footpath ER28 and public footpath ER276 at St Margarets at Cliffe.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council must make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.

Further details about the application (including how to respond) and a plan showing the proposal can be found by viewing [add name of document] in the Documents section.

The deadline for responses is 12 December 2025.
