Public Footpath EE500, Eastry and Woodnesborough Definitive Map Modification Order 2024

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Public Footpath running between Chalk Pit Lane and Gore Lane at Eastry and Woodnesborough.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.
