Restricted Byway EE269A at Goodnestone - Definitive Map Modification Order 2022

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map, by upgrading to Restricted Byway status the entire length of Bridleway EE269A at Goodnestone.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is shown on the map ought to be shown with a different description.

UPDATE: This Order has now been confirmed and has taken legal effect.
