Dumpton Park Drive, Ramsgate in the District of Thanet - Amendment 10 - Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) at any time on the following length of roads in Ramsgate, Thanet:-

  • Dumpton Park Drive – On the west side join up the existing double yellow lines between its junctions with Harebrook and Muir Road.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)
  • for preventing damage to the road or to any building on or near the road.


The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
