Domneva Road and Elm Grove, Westgate - Amendment 14: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) at any time on the following length of roads in Westgate, Thanet:

  • Domneva Road - On the east side of the junction with Elm Grove to a point 10 metres north and to a point 10 metres south.
  • Elm Grove – On both sides of the junction with Domneva Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
