Dean Street, Tovil in the Borough of Maidstone - Amendment 13: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to place double yellow lines on Dean Street in Tovil, Maidstone – from a point 13 metres from the western boundary of 129 Dean Street for a distance of 47 metres in a north easterly direction.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preventing damage to the road or to any building on or near the road
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
