Current ways to get involved

  • How would families prefer to access support? The Families First programme aims to make is smoother and easier for families to get the support they might need, so we would really like to hear what you think. Please answer our four quick questions by 15 June 2026.
  • We also want your views on local youth support and provision. Visit your district page to complete our quick survey. Closes on 30 June 2026.
  • We’d like to capture the real-life activities fathers already enjoy doing with their babies and young children up to five. Please take our quick survey by 30 June 2026.

We will also have a 'You said, We did' section where you will be able to find out how we have listened.

Other ways to get involved

The Government's Department for Education is running a survey to get the views of parents/carers of children born between April 2021 and March 2023 who have used family hub services or participated in family hub activities between April 2025 and March 2026.

Your views matter! They want to know family views and experiences of help and support provided, so they know what helps and what could be done better for families.

To say thank you for your time, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to receive a £100 shopping voucher. They will ask for your contact details at the end of the survey to enter you into the prize draw. You also have the option not to provide your details.

Take part in the survey by 17 July 2026.
