Cheriton Road, Folkestone in the District of Folkestone and Hythe - Amendment 23: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to place double yellow lines waiting restrictions on Cheriton Road in the District of Folkestone & Hythe – on the southwest side from a point 10 metres northwest of the boundary of numbers 185/187 Cheriton Road to a point opposite and in line with the boundary of 138/140 Cheriton Road join up the existing double yellow lines.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
