The Canterbury City Council (Public Footpaths CH1, CH2, CH4 and CH67 (parts) at West Blean Woods Diversion Orders 2024

Kent County Council has received an application (on behalf of the local planning authority), and subsequently made an Order, to divert parts of Public Footpaths CH1, CH2, CH4 and CH67 at West Blean Wood, Herne & Broomfield, Sturry and Whitstable.

Under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, an Order may be made to close or divert a Public Footpath, Bridleway or Restricted Byway where it is necessary to do so to enable development to take place.
