Caesars Way, Folkestone in the District of Folkestone and Hythe - Amendment 7: Waiting Restictions
Consultation has concluded
The effect of the named Order will be to introduce or replace existing waiting restrictions double yellow lines on the following lengths of roads in Folkestone, Folkestone and Hythe:-
- Caesars Way – On the west side to a point 12 metres south and to a point 12 metres north of its junction with Casebourne Road.
 - Casebourne Road - On both sides from its junction with Caesars Way to a point 6 metres west of its junction with Chesterfield Drive.
 - Chesterfield Drive – On both sides from its junction with Casebourne Road for a distance of 6 metres in a southerly direction.
 
This order is proposed for the following reasons:
- for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
 - for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
 - for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
 
The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
