Birling Road, Ryarsh in the Borough of Tonbridge & Malling - Amendment 12: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions on Birling Road in Ryarsh, Tonbridge & Malling – on the south side change the existing school keep clear markings outside Ryarsh Primary School from Mon-Fri 8.30am-3.30pm to Mon-Fri 8am-9am and 3pm-4pm.

This Order was originally proposed as Amendment 63 but due to the recent consolidation order it has been re-named as above

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • to avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
