Bath Street, Gravesend in the Borough of Gravesham - Amendment 1: Prohibition of Traffic Movements

The effect of this made Order will be to prohibit all vehicles from entry except for buses and taxis on Bath Street in Gravesend, Gravesham – on the south bound carriageway for its entire length.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
