Church Walk and Milton Hall Road, Gravesend - Amendment 10: Speed Limit Order

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions (no waiting Mon-Fri 7.30am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4.30pm) on the following lengths of road in Gravesend, Gravesham:-

  • Church Walk – Single yellow lines on both sides for its entire length.
  • Milton Hall Road – Extend the existing School Keep Clear markings on the north side from opposite the boundary of 75 Pine Avenue and 70 Milton Hall Road by 10 metres in a westerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
