Public Footpath ZU43 (Part), Borden Definitive Map Modification Order 2023

Kent County Council has identified a drafting error on the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way in relation to the alignment of Public Footpath ZU43 at Borden.
Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a route not shown is 'reasonably alleged to subsist' and/or where a way should not be shown on the map.
