Public Footpaths ZR281 and ZR283 (Part) Doddington and Milstead - Public Diversion and Extinguishment and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2023

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made two Orders. The first is to divert part of Public Footpath ZR281 in the Parish of Doddington and Milstead. The second is to extinguish part of Public Footpath ZR283 in the Parish of Doddington.

Under the Highways Act 1980, an Order may be made to close or divert a Public Footpath, Bridleway or Restricted Byway where it is in the interests of the landowner and/or the public to do so. Further details about the application and plans showing the proposals can be found by viewing the Orders in the Documents section.
