Footpath WT431 at Speldhurst Definitive Map Modification Order 2024

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Public Footpath running between Public Footpath WT431 and the East Sussex County boundary at Speldhurst.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.
