Warehorne Road, Hamstreet in the Borough of Ashford - Amendment 12: Speed Limit Order

The effect of this made Order will be to reduce the existing national speed limit to a 30mph speed limit on Warehorne Road, Hamstreet, Ashford – from existing 30mph limit at the eastern boundary of Prospect for 260 meters in an easterly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • to avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
