We have received an application to register land at Trilby Way, Whitstable as a new Village Green.

Under the Commons Act 2006, a landowner may apply to the County Council to voluntarily register their land as a Village Green.

UPDATE 02/12/2025: At a meeting of the Regulation Committee Member Panel on 01/12/2025, Members resolved to approve the application and to register the land as a Village Green. Accordingly, the land has been so registered with reference number VG302.
