Application to register land at Duncan Down, Whitstable as a Village Green

We have received an application to register land at Duncan Down at Whitstable as a new Village Green.

Under the Commons Act 2006, a landowner may apply to the County Council to voluntarily register land in their ownership as a new Village Green.
