Various Roads, Minster-on-Sea in the Borough of Swale - Amendment 55: Waiting Restrictions

Consultation has concluded

The effect of this proposed Order would be to install waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on the following lengths of roads in Minster-on-Sea in the Borough of Swale:-

  • Minster Road – on the south side from a point 10 metres west and 8.5 meters east of its junction with Parsonage Chase
  • Parsonage Chase – (1) on the west side from its junction with Minster Road for a distance of 16 metres in a southerly direction (2) on the east side from its junction with Minster Road for a distance of 13.5 metres in a southerly direction.

This order is being made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic(including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
